Sitter left untrue remarks basically assassinated my personality

It’s clear that this was an irresponsible sitter with poor communication on her part.

I believe reaching out to THS support and open a Member Dispute is the best course of action. You will likely need to provide evidence to them to evaluate the facts.
You mentioned you have cameras to prove it?

If you choose to respond to her review, I suggest doing so in a calm and factual manner, without involving emotions. That way, it won’t come across as defensive.
