So sorry for your loss, @Joanne. May your wonderful memories be a great comfort to you & Roger.
I too am very close to my MIL, who is 89 and has Alzheimer’s. It will be a very sad day when she’s no longer with us.
We have greatly reduced our sit commitments, partly due to my husband’s health issues but also because of his mom. We want to be able to get to her quickly if needed.
