You can do both. It keeps us entertained and informed.
Thanks for the update @StanHants, like @TravelMan, I like it when the OP gives continuity to the thread.
I don’t like to play devils advocate and I don’t, usually, but there’s a caveat in that response
- “THS would Likely not ask for additional documentation regarding the ownership”
- “ We would, however, like to make you aware of the possibility that our plan’s underwriters could ask for supporting documentation. ”
So, one thing is THS and another the plan’s underwriters. Even THS can give different answers to the same question (you can check this thread) I guess we would need an answer from the legal team rather than customers service.
Please notice they insist that this is not an insurance policy, just a plan (not sure what the difference is but must be important when they insist) and can only be claimed after proving that the owners and/or sisters’ insurance does not cover it.
Coverage only applies if
I can only agree with @TravelMan
In this case, there would be quite a few liabilities to point to before actually accepting to pay.
There are quite a few occasions when I would love to be WRONG. This is one of those. I just wish we can never find out. I also do think everything is going to be okay.
Best wishes
