THS Weddings!

I saw two lovely sit reviews that mentioned Weddings .

The first one was a couple that had enjoyed a long sit in a chateaux in France so much that they went back for a repeat sit the following year and during their stay had their wedding there . :heart:

The second one was a solo sitter who did a month long sit and (as agreed with the hosts beforehand ) took the sociable dog as their +1 to attend a friends wedding for one day of the sit . According to the review the dog was star of the day and popular with all the wedding guests.:heart_hands:

These two examples show how THS works so well when both parties understand the mutual exchange concept .

Iā€™d be interested to read more THS wedding (or proposal ?) stories from forum members .

Not a wedding but every day is like a honeymoon when house sitting with my wife (gee I hope she sees this :rofl:)

Never sat during a wedding, but I was asked to repeat sit for a couple whose grown son was getting married.

Our sitters last year got married during their 3 month for us, not at our home, in northern New South Wales. They loved Scarborough Beach so much we are now neighbours as they bought an apartment in the building next door.

We have cared for homes and pets, while their owners were away getting married, and we welcomed the newlyweds home with a nice bottle of wine!
