Unable to access homeowner listings through sitter reviews

Hi all,
I’ve had a new development in my app this week. Until now, I have enjoyed finding cool future sits by clicking on homeowner reviews of sitters. Now when I click on the HO reviews connected to sitters, the app doesn’t open the listing. I’m wondering if others are seeing this change and if it’s on purpose that THS no longer lets us browse that way. Disappointing!

I’ve tried now and have no problems checking reviews both ways. Maybe a review wasn’t left - or did it occur on several listings? Have you tried both app and web?

I’ve noticed it occasionally as well! I’ll click on a HO’s listing through their review on a sitter’s profile, so I know the sitter is definitely still an active member, but then I cannot click on the sitter’s review to get to their profile from that HO’s listing. It wasn’t happening for all of this sitter’s previous sits, only the one. Very odd bug.

I only use the THS app on my iPhone and have never used the site on my laptop. Maybe it’s time to start!

I’ve never searched for sits by clicking on HO reviews of sitters but I just tried to on the app (Android phone) and I’m unable to get the HO reviews of sitters to open.

I’ve had no problem on the app either. I did notice something else a couple of weeks ago. I was looking at a listing that I’ve done before and neither the sitter or the homeowner had left reviews as yet but I was able to see the name of the sitter that did the sit. Had never noticed this before. A few days later, I did see the reviews that the sitter and the homeowners left.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to pop on and confirm that this is a bug that’s affecting some, but not all, users.

The team are working on a fix at the moment, and if I hear confirmation that it’s sorted, I’ll pop back and confirm :slight_smile:
