It’s ranked as one of the better places to live in the U.S., because of its weather, cost of living and amenities.
More and more retirees are moving there, for example, which tends to make for more sit opportunities as they travel back to their hometowns, visit kids and grandkids, and do retiree travel.
But Melbourne, Australia, is a world-class city in my book.

I knew about Melbourne, FL but not Melbourne, UK. Of course what we’re talking about is, as @Maggie8K says, the world-class city of Melbourne, Australia.

There are so many awesome dog parks in Melbourne, and we loved the Altona dog beach, loads of areas for off leash fun and lots of other dogs to hang out with.
There is also Melbourne in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It always used to make people do a double take when they saw a bus with destination “Pocklington, via Melbourne”! #fourmelbournesandcounting
