I do my best to share from my experiences for the benefit of others.

In my previous life, I was certified in both trauma care and midwifery. #alwaysbeenodd. I am trained to think fast and act faster. The body just doesn’t cooperate like it used to :grin:.
We used to say a person was LTBB, Lucky To Be Breathing.
Now I realize that every day, it is I who is LTBB.
This is how I just how I approach life now.
Again, many thanks to all for your very kind sentiments.
Let’s now move forward and help some of these new peeps on here.
