Jazzy’s beautiful. Have fun, you two!
Starting week #2 in Hitchin with the 2 cockapoos. Also Pip, the hamster who I check up on each morning and evening. I think she finally decided this big stranger isn’t going to eat her as she comes to greet me when I enter the room.
Hitchin is a town of about 33,000 people - 40 minutes by train from London or Cambridge so lots of commuters, I think.
Seems quite prosperous, lots of restaurants and cafes and a 4 day a week market in the center.
Today there was a fund-raising concert for Ukrainian relief in St Marys church. Organ, local choirs, flute ensemble, brass ensemble. Pleasant way to spend a few hours and support a good cause.
And I saw today that Hitchin has been named the “second best place to live in the UK” on some lifestyle blog - muddy stilettos.

I love Pip!
