@Tuppence Great photo! … and it sounds like you are on a wonderful sit. Whereabouts in the UK are you?
Hi thank you! In Herefordshire. Since we have our own dog now we have cut back on sits so will be traveling home after this 3 week sit.
From Portland I take the train to Seattle on Friday for 10 days with a JRT in a 16th floor high rise at Pike Place with a west-facing view. From the pictures I don’t think there is a balcony, just a view over Elliot Bay to the west.
@toml sounds like fun… hope to see some photos!
Thank you. He’s such a sweetie!
Thanks Karen…yeah he’s certainly a charmer & would appreciate it, as well as a belly rub.
Enjoying 4 more days with this sweet-natured little one. She is a bit on the small side, but has the biggest heart, and absolutely loves cuddling, no matter where we are sitting.
Awwww! She’s so cute @Joanne! I’m sure you’ll miss her, and she you, when the sit ends. Cuddly kitties are absolutely wonderful.
We always fall a little bit in love with all of the pets we watch, but some stay in your heart long after you leave. We already know this one, with the most kind-hearted temperament, will be missed quite a lot.
What a sweet-heart. Enjoy your time with her.
@Joanne what a cute kitty! … lovely photos too. Enjoy the rest of your time with her.
I’m so pleased an HO reached out to me about a short, last-minute sit for this shy rescue kitty. We’re making progress while sharing an incredible view.
@Edith That is so cute. I am on a shy indoor kitty sit now and on day 4 got my first little pet and purr. So rewarding
Three days in and I got some leg rubs. Success!
@Edith
May I ask where you are? I had a view like that from a wraparound deck of a mid-cent modern home near Pasadena, Ca.
@Edith that’s so lovely!
@toml I’m in a lovely hill town called Biot, outside Nice, France. I spend three months a year in Nice, but this is the first time I changed my address, so I’m getting invites. If I’m able to accept them, I do.
And the sun sets right there.
@Edith how fabulous!
@Edith we have also visited Biot albeit briefly not too long ago, it’s really pretty.
