Hello all,
If I apply for a sitting and I check the dates of the sitting for which I applied, I cannot see the number of applicants, but just the message saying “You’ve already applied for this sit”.
If I remember well, we used to be able to see how many applicants applied, but then something changed.
Is it just me who wants to be able to see this information?

You may find this thread helpful.
Between the fact that listings go into review once they get 5 applicants, and the low applications badge showing for any sit where less than three people have applied, you know that your ‘competition’ can’t be any more than a few people at most for sits that are still open.
So I personally don’t mind no longer being able to see the exact number.

At the same time I wonder why hiding this information anyway?
Who knows. Maybe THS will claim that the ‘you’ve already applied’ message was to ‘protect’ us from submitting duplicate applications. Like that was happening 
No. I too would like to know how many people I am “up against” or if the hosts are just sitting on my application waiting for more applications before they respond.
