Hi, I have very recently signed up as a sitter, paid, filled out my profile, and uploaded my driving licence as ID. Everything ought to be in order, but the sign on my dashboard still says ‘! Not live’. Have messaged THS customer services, and am waiting for a reply. Is there a way for me to activate my account?
