I left a review of the pet parent but unfortunately typed an incorrect word to which she has taken offence.
Can It be hanged and if so how?

I think that generally reviews can’t be changed, but you can contact member services to ask.

I once typed a review on my phone, which resulted in a spelling mistake. I asked MS to rectify and they did so, promptly.

For an immediate response, click on the ‘Help’ incon and then write: ‘speak to agent please.’ You will need to write this twice (anything else will just direct you to auto responses), and the bot will transfer you to an actual human, who can help you.

I’m super curious what typo would cause someone to take enough offense to complain about it to the point where the person who made the typo is working on getting it edited by MS…
