We have just completed a sit and received a much appreciated 5* review, but while typing comments the homeowner posted the review mid sentence in error.
Can THS allow re-open the comments box to allow the homeowner to complete the review?

Yes, can be done by contacting THS support. Chat with Frankie, the bot and type in “speak to agent” in the chat window. Frankie will give up after three attempts to mislead you.
