@Flor3jaar you seem to have had a lot of homeowners cancel , which must be very frustrating. Have you had any feedback on why they are cancelling?

My flights are booked (13/10/23-23/10/23). The Petsitting was canceled without informing me (I see today that the sit no longer appears on “my sits”).

Our sit (Alicante Spain) has been cancelled (we don’t know the reason) by the HO.
We already booked our flights : 28/2/24 - 10/3/24

Do you have insurance by TrustedHousesitters ? We have and previous time (cancellation bij HO) it took us more than 3 months mailing and sending proves but we got the money from TrustedHousesitters insurance
