How will you create a “cwtchy” (I’m Welsh!) Christmas day for the pets you are looking after? Extra cuddles? Soothing or jolly music playing for them? An exciting walkies their favourite places?
I have already gotten stocking stuffers for the 2 cats that I will be sitting.

I will be doing a sit with cats. I am bringing toy mice that have Santa hats on them. They are so cute! I am also bringing a cat toy that has a Xmas tree at the end of a wand instead of the usual bird.

I’m not sitting over christmas as I’m spending it with dear friends on the central coast California, yet they have a kitty whom I’m bringing some very cute catnip toys as well as treats. My fur nephew who’ll I’ll be with on Christmas day night doesn’t like toys so he’s getting treats.

I am doing a Christmas sit to get away from Christmas, so it will be 7 normal days, but I will be there for the 2 dogs and a cat 24/7, sharing quality time whilst their owner are doing family stuff overseas.

The 3 pets I’m spending Christmas with will each get a present on the day, which I’ll wrap up for the HO children to open on their return (they are young enough to possibly worry about Santa forgetting to call by). So the Lab is getting a cuddly dead duck (not as gross as that sounds!) from the local country show, the cat will receive a ball that randomly runs around (I hope it doesn’t scare him) and the baby tortoise will have a tiny skateboard. The day itself will be fairly normal - walks & chilling.

Ah, that rings a bell for me @DianeS. Last Christmas morning I filled and hung the HO family members’ stockings and then sent pictures so the kids could be assured that Santa had been.
