What technology makes sits easier/better for you?

I sat in a home that had Sonos speakers all over the house connected to the Sonos app. I was able to play an album called Relax My Dog, Dog Music Dreams – separation anxiety eliminator. It was so peaceful and relaxing for the dogs and for me! Both the dogs and I went to sleep by it. On New Year’s Eve I will be cosying up with dog & cat in the snug with Classic FM’s Pet Classics on the radio - it’s been so helpful with nervous cats in the past.

@DianeS Thank you for starting this topic, I hope you had a very relaxing New Year! I was pet-free for New Year but we are caring for our friends cat now and will try some relaxing tunes!

Thank you - it turned out that the sit location was very quiet (even the pub was closed!) with one firework going off at midnight which made the dog lift his head but no panic (he hates bangs). The dog, cat and I watched the Thames fireworks on television - perfect! Enjoy your friend’s cat!
