I am new to tested housesitters but am excited to be a part of the community.
I live in Brooklyn, NY In a pretty desirable neighborhood and I live with my 2 cats, Purnie and Birt! I travel a lot for work and would love to know if you all think people would be into short cat sitting stays here.
A weekend or 3 days. Do people do that kind of thing?

I believe, once you join TrustedHousesitters, you are going to find it very easy to secure your first petsitter as the Brooklyn area is very, very desirable! You just need to get your membership in place, create your profile with great pics and you will be all set.

I agree with Debbie. Brooklyn is popular so even a short sit will be filled quickly. I’ve done 2 shortish cat sits in Brooklyn (Red Hook and Ditmas Park) in the past 6 months.
With those cuties in Brooklyn, you will have lots of interest even for a short sit. I have family in NYC area so if I go for short sits I stay a few days with family too.
