The catsitter who had to take care of my cat for a whole stay of two months unexpectedly told me she had to leave urgently one month before the sit was over. I contacted the platform to inform and to free the dates she’s not going to be there so that I can search for other catsitters. Unfortunately they are ignoring my last three mails on this regard… HELP

There is a 24/7 phone number for urgent support - the number is on your dashboard .

Yes, the 24/7 helpline should be open. Might be some waiting time, though.
Remember that if it is less than 7 days to sit, you’re allowed to post also on Last minute sits-section on forum.
