Hello Customer Service/Manager, My name is Patricia, I’m located in the United States.
I just completed a house/pet that started December 24, 2024 and ended January 5, 2025. I have not received my email to submit my sitter review form nor has the homeowner and pet parent received their review email form.
Also I want to inform customer service that a week prior to the house sit,
on my sitter page where my completed sits are listed the dates of the sit was written “December 24, 2024 to January 5, 2025 expired”. I have learned that there has been a hack and some sitters have received scammer emails so I don’t know if this is related. I would appreciate if this can be looked into and reply to my concern. Thank you.

Go straight to past sits and you will be able to leave a review -
If you need more help - THS don’t read the forum but you can speak to THS via live chat in the Help Section ( ask to speak to a human ) otherwise you will get the chatbot.
