In reviewing my list of confirmed sits, I have noticed that for one of my sits, I can’t see any information. I only see the dates and location - no other information appears. Any idea why this is happening.
Maybe they are no longer members of THS ? Contact member services via e-mail or live chat .
WhatsApp message them to check they’re still members of THS. If they’re no longer members and you go ahead you won’t be covered by the T&Cs and THS won’t be able to help at all if something goes awry.
Thank you! After a little more digging, I found an old message in my email that shows they are no longer members. I guess since the pet owner didn’t bother telling me, I am no longer obliged to do this sit. I have reached out to THS to have it removed from my confirmed sits. THS should have some sort of communication that lets both parties know when one has left the platform.

Not from THS - the message is greyed out and says “former member- conversation no longer available” when I click on it I can see the dates and location
It’s my understanding that in order to cancel a membership, any pending sits that are scheduled after the expiration date must be canceled first.
They never canceled the sit.
This is happened to me twice. I reminded the pet owners to renew their membership and the sits still went ahead without any issue.
Unfortunately I have no contact information for them so they will have to find someone else. This is a huge red flag anyway about their communication. I’m considering it a bullet dodged!
How long before the sit ? It’s possible that they will renew their membership just before .
Totally understand why you would not go ahead with this sit . I suggest that you contact THS to get the sit cancelled officially incase the hosts renew their membership and expect you to go ahead with it .
