Hi all, over the past several days or maybe a week (the hoopla over the booking fee announcement has been all-consuming!), when I start a search for a sit by location only about five or six listings come up and then the page is blank. I can scroll down forever but there is no more text. These are places that always have dozens of listings. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is NOT happening in my saved searches, however. I use the THS app on my iPhone.
The only way I have resolved these issues is to delete the app then download it again, usually works. Also clearing your cache can often work, I’ve had success with that. Make sure you have the updated app also, I only use the app.

When you download the app again it should give you the current version..

Cache is the temporary files that your browser saves when you visit webpages. It will load those pages faster if you look at them again, rather than re-downloading the page over again. So sometimes you get hung up with a clutter of previously-looked-at pages that then don’t load properly because they’re out of date. or something like that
So clearing it out can fix some of those problems. And I’d have to look up how to do that as well. Ugh, also prefer nature to tech ![]()
@ziggy 's reply made me wonder if that whole Great Big All-Consuming Problem with certain “changes” at THS might benefit from “have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again?” ![]()
(@ziggy if you have to reinstall it, do you lose your saved searches and conversation history and all, or does it pick that up again?)
@ABGM haha yes, the old unplugging it and plugging back in trick. If only it would work in this change scenario
A distinct option! No, you won’t lose your saved searches and conversation history by reinstalling, but I have used the website as well so I don’t know if you don’t lose all that because they are linked. I’ve never lost everything or anything though, all still there, and I often uninstall and reinstall because of so many app issues and have heaps of favourites, saved searches and convos and all still there
When uninstalling go slow and watch for a prompt that may ask if you want to keep prior data.
