Does anyone know what is wrong with the website, when you go to search for sits, it’s blanks out, I’ve tried it on two different browsers & am having the same problem. It works on my phone, but I don’t like to so searches on my phone, I prefer the computer, so I can see the map at the same time. I’ve done all the cookie clearing & that jazz, but it’s still broke.
The same thing is happening to me on two different devices. From a MacBook pro and an Android phone. I have been in a chat with TH going over this problem multiple times and following all of their directions to see if it’s on my end. I think it is happening from something as a tech problem from TH’s side. Just started happening on 2/14.
It used to be much better when TH had a help line to call, but that now seems to be deactivated and going through a chat makes it a lot more difficult to try to solve the problem.
I did not make any changes on my computer and was clicking on saved searches for several months with no problems. I’ve erased history, logged out and back in, tried two different browsers (Chrome and Safari) on two different devices and the problem persists.
TH needs to fix this problem.
I know it’s very frustrating. It just freezes and doesn’t do anything!! I’m trying to find some sits in London and Scotland in the fall and it’s been an exercise in frustration. I hate using ONLY my phone because it strains my eyes and back trying to do these searches, plus you can’t see the map when you’re on your phone. Ugh!!!
I’m having the same problem now. I hope it is everyone so no one is at an advantage or disadvantage in being able to apply for sits. Very annoying though.
I have the same problem on my mac using safari. I can get proper access using chrome so not bothersome for me as it is you.

Hi Myka, I am having the same problem. I also have done the cookie clearing and tried incognito mode without any luck. I am giving it a rest today and will start fresh tomorrow! Please keep me updated if you have a solution:)

Looks like you posted this 11 days ago. The issue is definitely not fixed, sadly. I came on here to see if others were having the issue. I’m using an Android and going through the app, not the website. After I go back and forth between listings and posts about 5 or 6 times the little heart just starts spinning and it does nothing. I have to shut down the app entirely and open it back up and it works fine again for a little while. Very frustrating. Definitely a deal-breaker if this is an indication of issues not being addressed. It looks like people have been having this problem for a while and the company seems to think it’s fixed. Bummer

I may be wrong, but as you’re using a different platform and the time that’s elapsed I suspect the underlying issue may be different (even is the symptom is the same).
Either way, I’ll pass on your feedback and we’ll see if anyone else is reporting a similar experience.

UGh!!! That sucks, they said they fixed this issue, I used it a few days ago on my computer & it seemed to work OK, they are saying you have a different issue. The website on the computer seems to be working again (just tried it), I prefer using my computer so I can see the map at the same time, plus it’s just easier for me. When I look for sits, I don’t use my phone, so can’t give any advice. They seemed to have fixed the website on computers after about a week of several people complaining about it.
