I joined in 2013 before the tiers were introduced.
I pay £99 but every year I take off the Auto Renew about 2 weeks before and get a discount code for 20% off.
I guess this may not work if I had a sit scheduled but I would say I have had a discount 95% of the time even though I was advised the discount is only valid once.
It really isn’t about the money but the fact that my membership has been devalued over time. Many features were inclusive such as insurance, video calls to vet line etc etc.
As with most features on the site - no consistency and no reward for loyalty.
