Dashboard Not Showing All Confirmed Sits

My dashboard does not contain a confirmed sit in Kingwood, TX, US which was confirmed almost 2-weeks ago. However, the sit is reflected in my Inbox conversations. Frankie recommended I check for it in my Past Sits, which I did, but the sit is not there either. Thank you. ~Ernie

Did both you, and the HO officially confirm the sit?

does the inbox say “confirmed dates” or “application made” ? It might need one more steps completed by either you or the HO to fully confirm the dates

Are you the host or sitter ?
If you are the host - did the sitter do the final
Stage of accepting the sit after you confirmed ?

When using the live chat - ask to speak to a human for more in-depth help .

Yes. It’s confirmed only in my inbox.

Inbox reflects “confirmed dates.” I can view the Welcome Guide, but only from the Inbox.

Sitter. Inbox reflects sit is “confirmed.” I attempted to speak to human. Frankie told that they were all busy and would contact me via email.

If you try again during 9-5 UK time you are more likely to get a human available .

THS reply to the issue: We have a known bug on the dashboard, where if there are more than 21 sits, then you don’t see the 22nd sit and so on. It will eventually display once another sit is completed. I am unable to give you a timeframe for the fix, so please bear with us in the meantime.
