Date Range Search

I’m trying to do a date range search to find a house sit. I enter and apply the dates but the search shows all dates.
I’ve tried the chat which is a bot and despite the website stating 'here 7 days a week 7am-7pm, a recorded message says busy, try the website… Help!

Hi @Dawnie I am so sorry you are struggling with this. If you do a search, using the date section, clicking on the first date, then click on the end date. The date range should be indicated in green. However, remember to Apply, and this should only bring up the listing within that date range. Your date range will also then show on the tab above.

I’m also confused when viewing my profile, see attached. It says I have 29 reviews but on the reviews list it says 19 and appears to be missing the most recent ones?

Hi everyone,

I find it hard to search through the sits

for example I want to find “last minute”
Sort by “most recent”

and other things that might make sense

Any more suggestions would be welcome, and any update from the devs would be amazing


Can’t you search by date if you want last minute ones?

While we’re on this topic, the minimum/maximum lengths of sit function isn’t working. Try minimum 6 months and see what happens…

It used to be that this didn’t work when there are multiple dates for one sit; but now it’s including some sits that are definitely short term.

Hi @linzimartin1988 The date selection is working correctly so you should be able to do this on your side. Please see my screenshot.

I wonder if it’s an intermittent problem, as I’ve certainly had issues that I’ve reported and by the time I’ve received a reply, it’s working again!

Sometimes the browser can freeze so if things are not working correctly, maybe refresh the browser and see.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I can select, highlight the dates and click apply however the dates are not saved/applied. And the list of sits is not displayed with the date range ‘applied’.

I attach screen shot of me highlighting October dates.
2nd shot is after I’ve clicked apply to show the sits displayed are not within the date range.

It’s making it very hard to search 000s of entries for a specific date range.

If you can shed some light please.
