Both reasons are very obvious, no reviews/not enough reviews or negative reviews, who can’t think of that? As adults the ability to read between lines and non verbal cues are beneficial. People who tell the truth are often accused of being unkind or rude, especially on the internet where for some people saying nice things and make them look good is important, but it doesn’t necessarily benefit the person in need of help.
