Delays in communication between hosts and sitters

Hello,

I understand that the messaging between sitters and hosts is based on GMT, but the inbox also shows hours since the message was sent, and this morning my message to the host said, “In 7 hours,” or something like that when I sent a message. What does this mean?

Don’t worry about it, it has nothing to do with when your messages are sent. It’s based on the London time zone which has no relation to how you would use the site.

They won’t fix it so that it doesn’t appear, so we have been instructed to ignore that.
