Is that an American thing? In the UK we would just say F*** that, no ‘with’ 
We use both, depends on the sentence. Humor bit: If you’ve seen GalaxyQuest, Sigourney Weaver’s character at The Chompers exclaims it and they had to do a bad dub of 'H***" in place of “F***” that is delightfully obvious.
