I do that every year. Support said it is only valid once but I get a discount the majority of the time and still keep my ‘basic’ membership I have had since I joined.
Thanks for the info. Seems like THS is employing the same sleezy tactics as insurance/banks etc where you are rewarded for not being a loyal member. Disappointing but not unexpected due to the v poor member ‘experience’ I’ve received with THS. Actually you prob won’t see this post due to THS vetting of posts that don’t suit their agenda.
Help! I am unable to access my membership although it should be listed until June this year

Bumping this up to see if there is any new information on renewal discounts. I’m on auto-renewal but since I have booked sits beyond my renewal date, I am unable to cancel and get the 20% (still 20%) discount for renewing.
Has anyone found any other discount options for renewal?
I’m on the standard plan - I do value the alerts.
Following up on my own post - just did an online chat, first with the bot and then referred to a real person M****.
First was thanked and acknowledged for having almost 100 excellent review and helping make the program successful, then was told that the only ‘discount’ for renewinig members is to get 2 months through a referral. I’ve done a few of those already and there is one pending.
So once I auto renew maybe I’ll turn that off and see if I can book sits beyond the new term of my membership.
