I haven’t seen this advertised , but when I went to cancel my auto renew - I was offered a discount not to cancel.
Worth trying if your renewal is due and you want a discount .
It don’t think it will work if you have sits booked after your renewal date .
I do that every year. Support said it is only valid once but I get a discount the majority of the time and still keep my ‘basic’ membership I have had since I joined.
Thanks for the info. Seems like THS is employing the same sleezy tactics as insurance/banks etc where you are rewarded for not being a loyal member. Disappointing but not unexpected due to the v poor member ‘experience’ I’ve received with THS. Actually you prob won’t see this post due to THS vetting of posts that don’t suit their agenda.
