Is there a way to keep the original formatting (e.g. bullet points) when I print the welcome Guide? It looks great on the screen but once printed or even saved in PDF the bullet points disappear making a mess of the whole document. It’s just not as easy to read.
I know the whole idea is to access the guide online but for some old dinosaurs like me it’s nice to print or access the PDF

With the PDF file, you should print/save it in landscape mode, as it is set to fit the screen.

@Sarah2: Are you a sitter or pet parent? I’m trying to understand what you mean by “original formatting (e.g. bullet points).”
I just learned that, if a sitter prints the Welcome Guide to PDF, it looks terrible.
However(!), the PP can print that same guide to PDF and it looks much better. The PP has a dedicated “Print” button when editing their guide, and it must preserve the formatting. (And @Therese: at least from my tests, this looks good in both portrait and landscape.)
The welcome guide is just not very easy to use so I think many people don’t use it. Every sit i do lately, the HO just makes their own pages in some other app, and emails it to me and/or has a printout at their house. The one I just accepted today, she just told me, "I can do the welcome guide, but I’ll email you the document we always use"
I’m working on my welcome guide.
Some content doesn’t really apply at the time a sitter will read this prior. So I am just filling in the more common topics should a sitter want something to review prior.
I have a word doc that will be printed in a binder in my home; more easily formatted and updated.
In looking at the suggested info listed in the welcome guide template, it did help me think of somethings I overlooked to add to my word doc.
The small text typing boxes are a but frustrating unless I am missing something to make them bigger.
