I have used this feature before but for some reason i am struggling this time- any ideas why?!
Sit booked for 31-2nd. Another sit beginning 1st that is nearby but we cant even apply for it as cant have more than a 2 day overlap and the apply button is blanked out. But it isnt a 2 day overlap,so i am really confused as to why it wont work.
Last time i used the feature, it was exactly the same date crossover, and it was fine. What am i missing?!
I am curious if the first sit being so short is somehow messing something up? It would be worth reaching out to membership services I think to see what they say.
Tag the THS forum managers, They seem to get things going very quickly
The last crossover ones i did were also 2 days each so not sure. the 2nd one i want to apply for is longer-wish i had seen it first tbh but not going to pull out. Worst case we camp!
Does the sit extend beyond your membership renewal date ?
Are the sits in different time zones?
Have you Contacted member services @catscatscats24 ? Use the live chat and ask to speak to a human ?
