Maybe @Jenny can help and make an acceptance here to allow the PDF to be uploaded? I was thinking of asking Jenny to do the same for mine, when it’s ready, if possible? I can try and finish it tomorrow and upload it here too.
It’s really nice that you have taken the time & energy to write a guide, I’m sure it will be super helpful for many people
