I just had a lovely couple sit for 2 nights, invited them to my listing and they accepted but said it didn’t show my address so they’re not sure if they done it properly. Anyway, I’m back now and want to leave them a good review but my listing isn’t showing now (maybe because it’s over?) and they’re not listed in my past sitters. How can I leave them a review (and vice versa)?
If it ended today it should appear tomorrow.

So turns out you can actually use the online chat option to get THS to manually add the dates for you if the sitter didn’t confirm properly. Then you can leave feedback etc

Thanks for the update - glad it all worked out in the end .
For future sits you can check that the sit shows on your dashboard as confirmed .
If there had been any problems with this sit THS could have denied any liability cover as it wasn’t ( according to their records ) an officially confirmed sit .
