Hi I am new to TrustedHousesitters and I have been exploring the site. When I click on the Help Centre or Live Chat, the page is just blank. Has anyone else had this problem? If you have a question for site administration how do you contact them?
Hi @SueM1066 Welcome to THS. I haven’t had this specific problem, but have you tried using a different browser? Or possibly updating your browser? I know some features work ok for me if I’m using Chrome, but they don’t work if I try to use my outdated version of Safari.

Have you paid to join THS or just joined the forum which is free?
Hi, I joined THS last year and had a sitter organised but unfortunately they have cancelled (which I understand). I have re-listed and have received “interested sitters” but on review they don’t appear to be interested and most are from the States/Canada or not stating interest in sits in the area I live. I receive an email to tell me there is interested but when I log on, I cant find them and have to go into my emails on my phone and log in to see them. Do you know why I am getting this issue or is this how the site runs?
