I just went to message the home owner of a confirmed sit we have coming up in early December and their membership has lapsed. I assume that means the sit is cancelled? I can no longer message with them.
I’m not overly worried, it was just two nights and not a big problem for us but I’m unsure what to do…

When was the sit confirmed ? Members are supposedly unable to cancel auto renew of their membership without first cancelling the sits .

Do you have other ways of communicating so you can send a message? WhatsApp, phone, e-mail…
The host might not be aware. Could for instance be that the payment card has expired.
Personally I would not do the sit unless it is fixed, because then it would no longer be a sit on THS terms, no reviews and no member service.
But maybe it is just a hiccup and easily fixed.
