Homeowner not active one day before sit

Could i please have an email address or someone to speak to please.
House sit starts tomorrow. The owner gave me details about house sit but not address. Unable to communicate with owner as no email or phone number provided. A little worried.

Did you try the THS email initially used to start the interaction?
What’ app, which is in THS?

Do you mean “not active” as in their account is no longer active?

You can also tag a moderator on the forum expedite.

It’s been resolved thanks to member support. I will write feedback for them very shortly. They reached out to the member for me. Thank you!

If the owners account is inactive, then that means their membership has expired. If you go ahead with this sit, it will be outside of THS. If you don’t have their phone number or personal email address, you have no way of contacting them. I can’t see THS helping, if they are no longer members.

What did member services say ? Was the sit definitely confirmed on your dashboard as there was a previous thread where it was stated that it’s not possible for a sit to be confirmed if the member doesn’t have auto- renew turned on .
