Hi, we are due to start a new sit today, not heard from the owner for a couple of weeks and don’t have their full address, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Go to your Dashboard and look for the Chat symbol. Start a chat but keep asking for a human and you should get through to Membership Services. Hopefully they will be able to assist

No number, I’ve asked for other forms of contact but non forthcoming

Have you received and read the Welcome Guide? I’ve always had the data there.

If it’s not in there
Call the Urgent Support Line ( it’s a 24/7 phone line ) the number is on your dashboard.
THS won’t share the address with you but they will have alternative phone numbers and an emergency contact number so they can try to contact the owner on your behalf and ask them to contact you.
I suggest that you also look at implementing your Plan B as no comms from owner in a couple of weeks pre sit could mean something has happened to them and sit isn’t going ahead .

Did you agree on your arrival time ?
I hope you have a backup plan because no comms for weeks pre-sit including on the day of planned arrival would indicate that this is unlikely to happen. Use the emergency number to reach out to THS and get them involved. Going forward you should exchange direct contact info before or as soon as the sit is confirmed so you have multiple ways to contact them. How did you do a meet and greet if you haven’t exchanged numbers at least? I hope it all works out for you, please keep us updated as I’m definitely curious how this all goes.

Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions, we had agreed to arrive this evening around 8pm as the owner is out all day today, I’ve given her both my email and phone number more than once but she’s stayed contacting only via here whereas most owners quickly switch to another form of communication.
No welcome pack either.
I know last time I spoke to her she came across as quiet anxious and also mentioned that she’s disabled but I have no idea how severely or in what way, mobility is my guess but I’m not sure.
So I’m wondering if something has happened or maybe she’s just not a great communicator!
We can just go home to devon if she doesn’t make contact, that’s not a problem but we don’t really want to drive home from Surrey this evening to have to turn around tomorrow to go back to Wiltshire, we will literally go passed the turning for her village on the A303.
I’m try the helpline on here, did try earlier but didn’t achieve very much.
I’ll keep you all posted!

I’ve answered most of your questions in above reply, we did a meet and greet via a Teams call that she set up, but I didn’t her number then.
It sounds like you’ve done everything you can, you need to speak to THS to get them to make contact with her now.
Does she have past reviews? If not, there’s a chance she doesn’t know she’s got to complete the Welcome Guide, and also she may not realise we don’t automatically recieve the address details from THS either, despite you asking, so she might be in the dark.

Teams should have an email associated with it. Even if she sent you the link by THS message the meeting should have their probably work email in it if you can try accessing the old meeting.
I don’t think THS has any alternative contact numbers of owners. They do ask one phone number, but you don’t have to give it 
That’s a good point @HappyDeb. The HO may really think you do have the address @AliMat. When writing a listing, this is what we HOs see, when editing the location info:
So, if this is their first sit they could actually believe what’s written here and think you do have the address.
