Thanks JanAlayne. I’ve decided to stick with just THS members although I have looked after friends pets when they have gone away and I’ll continue to do that.

We are the same as you. This year most of our sits are repeat non-TH. This seems to be what happens if you do a good job.

Hi DebbyAndDazzle, yes, lots of useful comments here. I’ve decided to just focus on THS members. I don’t want to make a business out of house sitting.
Sounds good, @Cljk! Don’t forget that you have a referral code, too. I know some TH members put their code on a business card so they can hand them out to people they run into. TH is such an unusual model, it’s helpful if you can just hand something to someone, and then they can look up more info on TH at their convenience.
Neither do I, I’m just hoping to get a few more sits while I’m abroad for a summer.
