Sometimes it takes a while to click in for some reason. I updated our main photo. Old one still showing, did it again, maybe a few times. It’s there now. Did it on the app. Don’t think I did anything different or magical.

This is from the help area on THS (I searched “change photos”)
To add or remove a photo from your listing via the website:
Log into your account
Select ‘Your listing’ at the top of the page
Select ‘Edit’ next to 'Your home
Click ‘Upload photos’ or drag and drop an image from your desktop
Select ‘Delete photo’ on the specific photo you want to delete
Don’t forget to scroll down and click ‘Save all’
To add or remove a photo from your listing via the app:
Log into your account via the app
Click on ‘Me’ in the bottom right-hand corner
Select ‘View & edit listing’ and click ‘Edit’ in the top right-hand corner
Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘Your home’
Click ‘Upload photos’ or you can take a live photo to upload
Select ‘Delete’ on the specific photo you wish to delete
Click ‘Save all’
If you would like to delete a photo you have just added, you will first need to click ‘Save all’ at the bottom of the screen, and then click back into the Edit section to follow the steps above.
You can add up to 20 photos of your home, and any photo you want to upload should not exceed the 10MB limit.

Do you by chance have a combined profile? I know on Combined, my sitter profile photo is the same as my homeowner photo.
Hi. Thanks for responding. No, we just have a sitters profile. I just did what I needed to do - took about a year off my life, of course. Started on the website but found it much easier to do most of it on the app. All good now.

There is no Save All just Publish which I have hit many many times
I’m at my limit but trying to delete 5 so I can add the required photos but no Savwe All button only Publish and after many attemps no luck.
I had similar problems when trying to update my listing. Talk about user unfriendly and clunky. Finally figured out I first needed to label each photo I wanted to delete with one of the required rooms (my cat became “the bedroom” for a while)
