How do we contact THS if we need to ? I would like to know when I made my last payment? I have spent the last hour tring to figure out how to email THS with no luck. What if we have a problem on a sit? How do we contact THS? Of for any other questions. I must be missing something?

For urgent help whilst on a sit you can call an Urgent Support phone number 24/7 the number is shown on your dashboard .
In the web interface, I can see when my membership is due to renew. That is under Settings, then Membership.
It only tells you when your next payment is due, not what payments that you have made? I really want to know how THS is categorized, so I know which CC which be best to use. Does it categorize under Travel? Thank you!

Knowing that the membership is for one year, and seeing when is due next, you should be able to deduce when you last paid it. Are your online credit card statements visible that far back?
Yes, that would work, except that I received some free months and I had tried to figure out how many and have looked through several months of CC statements and I still can’t find it. It seems that having it on the website under your account would be sensible or at least an easy way to find it?
