I’m trying to update my guide pk to put new photos on but it won’t let me

Trying to update photos on my guide pk , I click upload select photo and nothing happens ?

The THS guide interface is the worst. I’d message THS support directly for help.

I’ve had this happen when the photos were too big. I opened them in an editor to save at a lower resolution and then I could upload them. One at a time.

Me too @Helaw - open and resize them into less than half a MB and they should work. Had the same problem and did what @jcvbva advised (same with the individual pet experience section) :+1:t3:
