I’ve been trying to upload my profile for several days after joining THC as a sitter and a pet owner. I have only been able to upload one photo. Is there a trick to getting photos up? Do I have to do it through the phone app? I’m open to any suggestions!
You should contact Member Services, I don’t think anyone here can help because we can’t see what’s going on behind the scenes. There are definitely differences between the app and desktop versions but you should be able to upload photos in either.
