Hi, this is my first post in this community because I just arrived and I’m still completing my profile.
I have completed all areas, photos, presentation and experience, identity verifications, etc. But the platform has written that something is missing, without specifying whether it’s the photos, the social media links, or the text I wrote. How can I find out?

Have you added your minimum number of references if you’re a sitter?
Also just checking that you understand that your App Forum (this one) has a Forum profile which is different from your website Forum.

You can contact member services via live chat -( they don’t read or reply to the forum )ask to speak with a human -because the chatbot won’t know the answer .
That happened to me when I joined. It was so frustrating because they do not say what it is. I went over mine twice and finally on the third time I found what it was that they wanted. It would have been so much easier if they just say, such and such needs to be checked or answered like other companies do. Yes, call THS and save some frustration.

When I joined it was four I think? In any case I have 4 on my profile before I got my first Review.
