I cant access my profile edit page to add a reference

First of all I can’t find the page to edit my profile, select References and then send a link to an off platform sitter to add a Reference. There is no menu option for this when I click on my profile on the website or the app.

I hopped on the chatbox and Frankie gave me this link to access my Edit Profile page and I get an error message that I cannot access the page.

Does anyone have a workaround for this, the bot was useless.

Are you a sitter or a pet owner? The option to add references is only available for sitters.
