I just re-upped my membership after a thee year hiatus and I find the web site INCREDIBLY frustrating and impossible to use! This was not the case when I was last a member.
Setting up the sits is the only easy part. How do I edit my profile? I see how to edit photos but what about the description of my place and area where i live? I found my profile once somehow but I did not see any way to edit it. AI chat is useless! Keeps telling me to click on buttons that don’t exist on my computer screen - I do not typpically use phone apps if I can avoid it.
Welcome to the “new improvements” THS has made!! Do the editing of your photos first as there are mandatory photos to include plus correct labelling of them. If you use the spyglass in top right corner, there have been a couple of other hosts ask the same question in the last few days that may be of help to you.
@Tales, over the last couple of years then THS has introduced various ‘improvements’ that nest more and more information on pet parent listings. The psychology of excessive nesting of information into SubFolders/EvenMoreSubfolders (emails, folders, stuff) is widespread - and often only benefits IT staff. There’s an interesting, bestseller book on related topics - author Cory Doctorow - but book name would be moderated here.
