Have been wanting to get in touch with someone to solve an urgent problem with a mistake review but can only get inadequate response from an A.I
As a Premium Member I was expecting a better service. How can I get in touch with a person who can help me?

At the bottom of your Dashboard page there are phone numbers.

Tell the chatbot that you want to speak to a human - then you will either get connected to live chat with a member support ( real person ) or if no one is available your message is sent to member services that you need assistance/ answer .
I’m my experience, they they do reply promptly . Although they won’t always have a solution immediately.
