Profile creation

I’ve recently paid to join was half way through profile entering but had to leave it. now I can’t get to my profile, I wish to find a pet sitter but the AI message loops back without answering my questions..there is no contact number to speak with a real person to sort this out, what to do?

When on the AI chat, type in ‘speak to a human’ - if it is UK office hours, you should be connected quickly

There are two profiles one is your Forum profile the other is your Home/pet owner profile, they exist in different spaces.

The profile you create that potential sitters will see exists outside of this forum and is associated with your membership and any listings you create. Are you a paid up member as yet?

In order to interact in this forum you also create a ‘profile’ but you don’t need to be a paid member to do so….the forum isn’t where you will find a sitter it’s a place of discussion and questions.

I did put ‘speak to a real person’ which didn’t work.
I’ve had an email from them getting a call back today

yes I realise two different sites and all . my request for call back arranged for this morning didn’t materialise as yet

I have just heard back from Membership Services, they advised they attempted to contact you unsuccessfully via phone and email. They are going to try again so please could you keep a lookout for a phone call and/or an email and if you could also check your junk folder just incase it goes there!
