The Product team have confirmed that a lot of what’s been mentioned is on our radar and hasn’t been forgotten about.
I know that some suggestions have been waiting for a while now, and I acknowledge that you’ve heard this before, I’m sorry I can’t give you anything more solid!
For now, thank you for your patience, and please be assured that I’ll do as much as I can in terms of feeding back to the team with suggestions, and bringing any updates to the Forum when I can.

There’s a calendar?
I do that regularly when I have the time. Who knows, one day someone might actually read it and do something about my input. Or not. Its therapeutic either way.
I don’t get the point of that. If you’ve “done it right” you will have left a review of the HO/sitter already, so are they asking you to do it again? I think I ignored those when I got them.
And, really niggling, but can I just say, that when you message Member Services with an easy basic question [in this case reporting a listing] I think it’s creepy AF that they go into your records to look up and make comments about your last sit.
I guess someone thinks they are trying to be friendly. Is it just me, being weirded out reading “I hope you had a fantastic time at your last sit in ______”…? My last sit was six months ago! It’s not necessary, just address the question.

- We are still getting invites for dates which we are already busy with confirmed sits. ( this was supposed to be fixed and was part of the new inbox update).
- We still need to ask for HO’s address after a confirmed sit ( it was also supposed to be fixed).
