Listing stuck with full information provided - No access to support

My listing has been in review for 48hs, with multiple emails sent presenting what could be the issue, but with a very limited willingness to address the problem from the THS side. The mobile app is not working correctly, while the web portal is. All information in the listing has been provided in full detail but still, support insists that information is missing. I need to talk to someone who can actually solve the problem. I have an urgent sitting required in 15 days and waiting for approval for 48 hours is jeopardizing the chances to get a sitter. Has anyone had the same issue where the mobile app doesn’t show the information you entered but you can fully see the details in the web portal? Can anyone from support address it instead of insisting on a canned answer without even looking into the information being provided?
Not the best first impression of this platform…

With the holidays, now is a tough time to get customer support on the line at many companies.

We are sitters and have noticed this by chance with the welcome guide - some information is missing from the app version when compared to the web page .

THS don’t read the forum -so you need to contact member services directly . You can try a live chat (from the Help section ) - ask to speak to a human .

Take some screenshots that show the issue .MS will likely ask for your device make / model etc .

As others have said you need to contact support. Lots of helpful fellow members here on forum, but we can only give our opinions. With the holidays I can imagine tech-support is not on full staff. In your situation it could also be useful to know that if it is less than 7 days to sit, you are allowed to publish it in the Last minute section here on forum.

All members of THS, both sitters and hosts, should have a plan B, as a sit always have a risk of something happening and falling through, before or mid-sit. So just have a plan B to get peace of mind, but it might well work out.

Listings require a minimum of 2 images per pet, plus interior shots of your home, as well as completion of all sections (introduction, home & location, amenities and responsibilities). If you’ve got all that, then I’m not sure - perhaps they noticed an issue or perhaps it’s just taking longer because of the holdiays. Make sure you know the THS policies and your listing complies with them all - you can find the policies on the site if you haven’t already read them.
Hope that helps and hope you get approved soon!

If you don’t mind my commenting on a different point: posting a listing 15 days prior to travel is cutting it very short, unless you are in a highly popular location.

I think most HO’s post theirs 2-4 months in advance, I’ve applied to some that had posted even 6 months before.

YesI agree with this -we have this week confirmed a sit for Sep 2025 and already have sits booked in Jan, Feb, March , May and June
