Hi folks
We have been sitters as a family for over a year, but since we got cats of our own haven’t been away.
We are struggling to get friends/neighbours to babysit as we have just moved so considering joining as pet owners but I’m not sure which membership to go with- one is about £65 more and the other £165! Is it really worth the extra money? My understanding from this forum is that the cancellation policy doesn’t really do much anyway…

I’ve only ever had basic membership as a homeowner and sitter (since 2016). It’s always worked out well for us from either side but I think success lies in really good communication with the OP throughout. Never suffered a cancelation.
